• Camping & Rest Gear: Tent, sleeping pad/bag, blanket, and yoga mat/cushion for sessions. • Clothing & Footwear: Comfortable layers, sturdy walking shoes/hiking boots, and rain gear. • Food & Drink: Reusable water bottle, dish/side for the Day 1 Community Potluck Feast, and personal snacks/beverages. • Music & Celebration: Hand drums, shakers, acoustic instruments, and a flashlight/headlamp for evening events. • Personal Essentials: Sun protection, natural bug spray, journal, and a pen.
